Current limitations on the generation of complexes

• Some chains are not added when the complex has a lot of chains and is homomeric. Although the majority of the complex is generated, these parts are not added. This is in revision.

Current limitation in huge complexes.

• Some complexes when they are huge and homomeric, enter into an infinite loop when using the Superimposition based method, where they try to add a chain several times, but that chain for some limitation cannot be added. The user must stop the program then, and retrieve the model without these chains.

• Also, in the Modeller based approach, some huge complexes cannot be computed due to exceeding the max_molpdf function, which computes the score of the model.

Limitation regarding Modeling-based method.

• You can select Modeling based method instead of the superimposition one. This mothod however is not recomended, since it is computationally more expensive and the results are not correct when generating a huge complex or complexes that contains homodimers.
